Kayak with the one you love, or just whoever wants to kayak with you. This tandem kayak is ideal for families it allots two seating areas for adults and also has enough room to fit another small child or a small dog (love dogs on kayaks, cracks me up).

It is also not overwhelmingly large so if someone wanted to venture out on their own this kayak can also act as a very effective single kayak as well. This model is a sit on top kayak/ocean kayak it allows water to drain out of the kayak so there is no risk of it filling up with water causing it to capsize and if one was ever to fall off this kayak you can just climb right back on which is almost impossible with sit in tandem kayaks. It comes with two removable and adjustable seats and two paddles which would cost you almost $200 more in a regular store. It is much thinner and lighter than the average tandem which makes it better to transport in comparison to those super bulky tandems out on the market. Great family kayak and a great way to introduce the kids and beginners to such a relaxing, healthy, and fun filled activity.

Emotion Bliss (Don't let the name fool you)

The Bliss is marketed as a the "lady's ideal kayak" and for good reason, however in my opinion that label is a little misleading, because Michael T. (first person reference, deal with it) has been known to do some serious damage in those bad boys and loved every second of it. I just came in from a tour right now, leading a pack of ten people using a bright purple Bliss and let me tell you I couldn't be prouder.

The reason it has taken this reputation is because it's weight capacity is 180lbs which does limit the market for this boat to mostly women and children, but if your a real man and are tipping the scales at anything lower than 180 I'd give it some serious thought, its a phenomenal boat for the Cape area. It has a very sleek design much more slender than the average kayak yet at a length of 10'10" it also has a very pointed hull that directly cuts through the water, it is an effortless kayak and makes paddling a breeze. The best feature about this boat is its weight, it is only 37 lbs and couldn't be easier to transport and just pop onto an SUV or into a vehicle and just toss it in the water and go, that is why I love it so much after a long day it couldn't be easier to get in and out of the water.

So for you ladies out there or parents looking for a good kayak for their children this is the kayak for them an awesome fit for all riders under that weight limit, very manageable and extremely easy to maneuver and transport, and for you lighter men out there OWN IT and buy the kayak. You tell your friends "yeah I own a bliss, want to fight about it?" That's what I do.

The ultimate summer day kayak, BAM there it is. This kayak is the best of both worlds, it allows you to easily and smoothly cut through the water due to its trifold design yet also maintains the sturdiness and freedom of a sit on top kayak.

People often ask us what the difference is between a sit on top kayak and a sit in kayak actually is and the answer if very simple. The Sit in kayak you are actually inside of the cockpit of the kayak and they usually cut through the water a little more affectively and allow you to move faster with relative ease. The sit on top kayaks are much more sturdy and function as an ocean kayak because water cannot fill the kayak due to draining holes that keep water from gathering in the kayak so water splash or a flip will not force you to have to empty this boat or even pull it to the side for that matter.
